It integrates real-time electrical, vibration, thermal and speed monitoring with automatically fault-marked vibration and current spectra, cross-modality validated diagnostics and always-on control-room visibility through Motwane LiveWall. Motor sensors stream through the Motwane EdgeX Gateway’s edge computing to the Motor IQ cloud, delivering live intelligence to any device.

Vibration FFT with automatic fault marking
Tri-axial drive-end and non-drive-end spectra, with bearing, rotor, eccentricity and stator fault frequencies calculated from your motor and marked on the plot.
MCSA FFT with automatic fault marking
R, Y and B phase current spectra with slip sidebands, rotor-bar, eccentricity and winding signatures identified and validated before they are reported.
Integrated Health Index
Online telemetry, periodic offline tests and nameplate context fused into one normalised score for every motor, comparable across the fleet.
Cross-modality validation
Every finding is checked against vibration, current, temperature and speed, and arrives with a confidence level, a criticality and an owner discipline.
Motor intelligence reports
Weekly analytics, monthly health and quarterly recommended action reports, each finding closing with an action, a timeframe and an owner.
Motwane LiveWall & alerts
Live fleet views on any control-room screen, with WhatsApp, SMS and email alerts and per-asset thresholds.
Secure by design
End-to-end AES-256 encryption, OTP-based authentication and secure data backup, with edge processing on the Motwane EdgeX Gateway.
