MTAND measures capacitance and tan delta of high-voltage equipment such as transformers, CVTs, motors, generators and cables. Working on the ratio arm bridge principle at up to 12 kV, it replaces traditional test bridges with reliable, repeatable results in the field and the lab.

Auto-balancing measurement
Capacitance and tan δ measured automatically to the test plan, with test voltage set by software.
Seven test modes
UST, GST and GSTg modes for three-terminal objects, auto-selected from Windows software.
IEC temperature correction
Tan δ corrected to 20 °C, with built-in temperature and humidity sensor.
Trending and storage
Voltage vs tan δ graphs, comparison with past or factory data, over 10,000 results stored.
Protection
Zero start, interlocks, open ground, over-current, over-voltage and over-temperature, plus a foot switch for HV ON.
