TLIQ is a condition-monitoring platform for busbars, joints and terminations. It correlates live thermal data with electrical load using contact, non-contact and thermographic sensing, with always-on visibility through Motwane LiveWall.

Key features

Electrical-thermal correlation

Each joint judged against its own load-based ΔT-per-amp baseline, in line with IEC 61439.

Non-contact IR sensing

0 to 500 °C point sensing at 20:1 optical resolution, with no hardware on the conductor.

Thermography monitoring

Fixed thermal camera imaging of the whole compartment, 24×7, at 40 mK sensitivity.

Wireless sensors

Sensors stream through a wireless transmitter and IUG Lite gateway.
